Our Processing division is known for “ Exclusive Open Width Processing “ where we have the setup of state of art machinery from the Color Laboratory to Finishing. We have a strong belief in RIGHT FIRST TIME dyeing with the set up of M&S accredited Color Lab with world class Datacolor & Mathis instruments – Thies & Kromsan low liquor soft flow dyeing machines with a bulk dispensing system from Colorservice (Italy) – 8 Chamber Twin Air Motex Stenter for the final feather touch finishing. The usage of international standard of dyes & chemicals through out the cycle enable us to get certified by OKEO Tex and the additional advantage of systematic working helped us to get through GOTS certification for Organic cotton processing. We have a full fledge ETP, R.O and Evaporator system to make us 100% eco friendly on environmental front
Our knitting division is equipped with a set of Mayer & Cie (Germany) and Pailung (Thaiwan) machines that enable us to produce 8000 Kg of knitted fabric in a day. Open Width lycra fabric and GOTS certified Organic cotton knitting is our prime strength along with other type of regular fabrics production like Interlock, Rib, Mini Jacquard, Rib Jacquard, Fleece, Pique, etc.
We have in-house Printing & Embroidery setup to impart the requisite value additions to enhance the look and feel of the garments. For intricate embellishments, we have the Happy & Barudan machines for embroidering the garments up to 10 colours.
Cutting of a dress is an important factor as it determines the fit of knitwear or any other clothes wear. We have the latest Lectra Cutting machines for high-end precision cutting. Our cutting is done ‘perfectly’, keeping in mind the latest fashion fits. Sai Garments exclusive fits are ready to adorn the deserving on and off the ramp.
This division takes care of the requirements of printing on knitted fabric as well as garments. The printing can be done in a number of colors, qualities and various effects as per buyer’s specifications.
As part of our rigorous quality control exercise, a final round of inspection is meticulously carried out to ensure quality of the garments. Sophisticated needle detector machines ensure that the products are metal-free.
After the garments are steam-pressed, they are made ready for dispatch. In-house stuffing is done to make sure that the products are safe during transit to the clients’ end.
